LP Service Contract – $295 Stand Alone 

Base Package Includes AG or UG propane Tank & 1 appliance ($35 extra per additional appliance):

• Gas Drop Test (Leak Test)

• Visual inspection of all exposed piping, fittings, regulators, and appliances

• Visual Inspection of exposed components of propane tank

• Clean & Spray all exposed exterior pipe threads with rust preventative coating

• Performance check on all regulators

• Cathodic protection testing (ensures tank is protected from premature rusting & corrosion)

• Gas Tank Bar Probe Leak Check

 

NG System Service Contract – $225 Stand Alone 

 Base Package Includes NG Piping System & 1 appliance ($35 extra per additional appliance):

• Gas Drop Test (Leak Test)

• Visual inspection of all exposed piping, fittings, regulators, and appliances

• Visual Inspection of exposed components of Natural Gas Meter

• Clean & Spray all exposed exterior pipe threads with rust preventative coating

• Performance check on all regulators

Tankless Water Heater Service Contract – $175 Stand Alone or $95 if added to LP/NG Service Contract

 

• Manufacturer suggested annual heat exchanger flush (must have isolation valves installed – standard on all Secure Gas & Maintenance, Inc. installations; $225 additional to install if needed)

• Check for dust and soot in the exhaust vent or exhaust vent terminal

• Check for abnormal sounds during operation

• Check for abnormalities in external appearance, discoloration, or flaws

• Check for proper operation of pressure relief valves

• Check for water leaks from the equipment and piping

• Clean water drain valve

• Clean exterior surfaces
